Dom leads strategy across a range of clients including John Lewis partnership, Volkswagen, Aviva and Mulberry and has produced a wide spectrum of creative work including algrorithmically synchronized digital experiences (Volkswagen’s ‘Play The Road’), digital content (Mulberry ‘winxmas’) and some classic film (Volkswagen Value & Film Sponsorship, The Economist).
He is current Chair of the Account Planning & Strategy Group (APG); is a judge on IPA Excellence Diploma, WARC Social Strategy, Effies and APG Strategy Awards; has won multiple awards including Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD, Eurobest, Campaign Big, Epica, British Arrows, MOMA, Webby, Creative Circle and 5 IPA Effectiveness awards; and was voted as ‘awesome’ in an international survey of strategists.
He counts DJing and raising two young kids as a continuous work in progress.

Markus Kramer specializes in helping brands and businesses grow stronger. He advises Boards, Executives and Operational Teams as well as Private Equity and Growth Funds on all aspects of strategic positioning and brand management.
In his most recent undertakings Markus helped Aston Martin and Harley-Davidson build, scale and deliver their fascinating brands to more people in more places around the world. Other work includes many years of brand-, marketing- and retail development at numerous other marques, including institutional asset managers, fintech-startups, consulting work for Ferrari and private equity backed luxury mobile phone maker Vertu, covering the entire spectrum from mass to premium to luxury; and vertically from insights to strategy to execution and measurement.
A passionate business and brand builder, Markus is also an Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow at CASS Business School (London) and a recognized thought leader in the fast paced world of cutting edge brand & marketing management. He speaks regularly and engages in select teaching assignments at prestigious business schools on what we can learn from the epitome of branding (Luxury) and the transformational power of brand in the context of strategy, change, leadership, innovation and growth.
Markus is Swiss at heart and holds degrees in Marketing & Brand Management, International Project Management from the University of California in Berkeley (USA) and an MBA from the SAID Business School at the University of Oxford (UK). Markus sits on the European board of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council and is a member of the steering Committee of UK’s CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) Marketing Confidence Index.
Markus is fluent in five languages and lives between London and the shores of lake
Zurich in Switzerland when not traveling.

Martin Hoerhammer was born in Germany in 1983, currently living in Bad Soberheim. He founded Medialine EuroTrade AG in 2001 and under his management, the company grew from a small business into a multinational IT company, with 11 offices in Germany, Austria, Romania, Switzerland and 160 great employees.
Martin is currently the CEO of the Medialine Group and also a multi awarded entrepreneur and business man.
Besides the great passion he has for entrepreneurship – he was one of the finalists of “ Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 in Germany” and IT, Hoerhammer enjoys skiing, golfing, playing tennis and sailing.

Călin began his career in telecomm in 1997, and his first contact with advertising was 12 years ago. After nearly two years in the Client Service department at McCann Erickson Romania, Călin specialised in marketing and business communication in the media group MediaPro, at the helm of the news agency Mediafax. Subsequently, he took over the management of the news agency Mediafax’s Czech Republic. Following this international experience, Călin was Managing Director of MRM Partners for three years. During this time, the digital agency won the title of “Agency of the Year” at Internetics, and received awards at Cannes Lions.
In the last two years, under Călin’s leadership, Publicis Romania digital projects received awards at renowned festivals, such as: Cannes Lions, D&AD, Effie Awards, Golden Drum, Internetics, New York Festivals.

Mihai Tataran is the General Manager of Avaelgo, a Microsoft Gold Partner on Cloud Platform, a software consulting and custom development company based in Romania, and an Most Valuable Professional on Microsoft Azure. Lately Mihai had an extensive experience with Azure: completed solutions for different customers, and delivered training programs on Azure for IT companies in Romania. Lucian Aldescu is the CEO of DPD Romania – a courier company with 40 years of experience in Europe. Lucian started his career in transport & logistic field in 1994, as a logistic manager for Eculine. In 1997 he founded, together with James Gray-Cheape, Pegasus Courier, company which was acquired in 2008 by Geo Post and was renamed DPD Romania.
Lucian Aldescu graduated an MBA program at Tiffin University and has been the president of AOCR (Courier Operators Association of Romania) during the period 2009-2011.
