Dr Jillian Ney is the UK’s first Dr of Social Media and a Digital Behavioural Scientist. She is a consultant to marketers, helping them to analyse and use social data to tap into their audiences’ non-conscious thinking and behaviours.
She believes that marketers are currently measuring the wrong social metrics. Dr Jillian believes that by measuring non-conscious triggers, drivers, heuristics and brand cues, brands can more effectively grab, provoke and convert audience attention. Her proprietary People Science for you Social Data framework helps marketers to get to the data that matters to marketing success and business growth.
Dr Jillian has worked with brands and agencies including EAIE, PwC, Serco, Adidas, CreateFuture and GfK.

Andy Hood is Head of Emerging Technologies at AKQA. He founded and leads the Creative Research & Development team, which specializes in rapid design and development of new digital products and services for clients, and in demonstrating how new technologies can be applied to solve business and consumer problems.
Andy was a key figure in the development of the Fiat Eco:Drive connected-car system that drives behavior change around fuel consumption, the Heineken Star Player live dual-screen Champions League game and the Nissan IDx virtual reality experience for Oculus Rift at the Tokyo Motorshow.
Andy was featured in AdWeek as one of the ‘Top Ten Creative Minds’ in Digital and included in the BIMA 100 of 2016. He is regularly called upon by the press to offer expert commentary and presents at influential global events such as 2nd Screen Summit at CES, Dmexco, Mobile Convention and the Guardian’s Changing Advertising Summit. Andy has also been a member of the Cannes Lions Mobile jury.

Mona Opran is COO of Centrade | Cheil, a regional communication hub for South-East Europe, with headquarter in Bucharest and local offices in Belgrade, Zagreb and Budapest.
Mona started her carrier in communication and business management 19 years ago, pioneering the communication field in Romania. Since then, she gathered a wide knowledge of the advertising industry, both as a client and as an agency person.
Between 2013 and 2016, as COO of Centrade Saatchi & Saatchi, Mona coordinated agency’s operations through two major changes: from Centrade Saatchi & Saatchi to Centrade (ending the affiliation to Saatchi), continuing as an independent communication agency and further, starting an affiliation with Cheil Worldwide as Centrade | Cheil, regional hub for South-East Europe.
This period was also marked by a business model change towards integrated communication centered on people insights and brand needs by enhancing a broad range of skills and services across digital, technology-driven solutions, content production and events.
Mona is also a board member of UAPR (Romanian Association of Advertising Agencies), PWN (Professional Women Network, Romanian Chapter) and Casa Ioana (local NGO).

Richard Rodger is co-CEO (previously CTO) and co-founder of nearForm.com. Richard is an expert and thought-leader in next-generation enterprise software delivery, with a focus on Node.js and microservices. He is currently writing The Tao of Microservices (available on early release from manning.com/books/the-tao-of-microservices), a comprehensive guide to designing and building microservice systems. His first book Mobile Application Development in the Cloud (Wiley, 2010) is one of the first major works on the intersection of Node.js, Cloud, and Mobile.
Richard was previously CTO of FeedHenry, a mobile application platform provider that was acquired by RedHat for €63.5m in 2014.
Since Richard co-founded nearForm in 2011, the company has become the world’s largest Node.js and microservices consulting company.
Richard has long been an active member and influencer of the open source software (OSS) community, specializing in OSS for enterprise. At nearForm, he has placed OSS at the heart of how the company works. He is the maintainer of senecajs.org, a microservices framework for Node.js that is a key component of nearForm’s software development and delivery capability. Richard is the host of the Dublin Microservices Meetup.

Consultant and author Adam Bien is an Expert Group member for the Java EE 6 and 7, EJB 3.X, JAX-RS, and JPA 2.X JSRs. He has worked with Java technology since JDK 1.0 and with Servlets/EJB 1.0 and is now an architect and developer for Java SE and Java EE projects. Jason oversees GWI’s research and insight teams, directing its global research study across 34 markets and authoring the company’s flagship reports on social networking, mobiles and media consumption.
