Momtchil is a Solution Engineer at Oracle focused on PaaS solutions on the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, where he has a rich experience in different fields. Besides Oracle he also worked with products of Microsoft.

Andreea has a background in strategic marketing, an area which enables her to continuously explore new ideas and bring them to life. Her professional path took her to several countries and industries, gaining experience in logistics, telecommunication and, most recently, in the energy sector. Andreea’s key focus is on product development, with core expertise in the areas of service design, market research, project and financial management. In her role as Product Innovation Manager at ENGIE, she focuses on shaping products related to renewable energy and electromobility.

Julian is working as a Partner Technical Consultant for Microsoft on the Azure & App Development solution area. He previously worked as a Developer Support Engineer for Azure App Services and is experienced in both .NET and open-source technologies. With over 20 years of experience in various software development positions, from programmer to architect, Marian Simpetru is currently Managing Partner at eSolutions, where he is also involved in developing custom software solutions and architectures.

Ioan is an IT executive, with more than 15 years of experience in the sector, currently overseeing international business development strategic initiatives. He’s been involved in delivering large scale solutions in highly regulated industries such as telecom, financial, utilities, public sector/safety and healthcare. His focus in the last seven years is developing e-government solutions for the Romanian and lately the African markets, aimed at empowering the citizen by leveraging technology against bureaucracy.

Among the initiatives he contributed in starting and developing, is the Cluj IT Cluster ecosystem that managed to shift, in 6 years, the focus of the IT community from outsourcing services to more innovative products and services delivery. Another initiative is the Royal School in Transylvania, a community initiated, developed and driven school, aiming at developing an alternative to public and private education in Romania.

Liviu Buligan, Executive Director @SoftOne Romania is one of the Romanian pioneers of the ERP & Business Software industry, with more than 20 years’ experience working on top executive positions and managing reputable IT companies. Liviu joined SoftOne Romania in its early days, almost 4 years ago, when the company was just entering the Romanian market and he is one of the base team members who helped SoftOne become a key leader on the European Cloud solutions market.  He thinks that the use of cutting-edge technology in managing a business is not optional, but compulsory for every company that wants to stay on the market for the long term.

Horia Flueras, Executive Director @ IT HIT, a researcher in Information Technology, provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment with a vast experience in analysis, design, industrial research and experimental development / testing hardware and software products, software systems integration and software modules implementation.

Horia has advanced Project Manager knowledge, industrial research expertise and experimental development in the field of information systems based on Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft Exchange 2013 platforms as well as experimental development and implementation in the field of information systems specialized in resource management and customer relationship.

Mikhail works in 1Ci (1C International) since 2018 as a business development manager in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. Mikhail’s responsibility is to develop business in key countries for the company. From 2002 to 2018, Mikhail worked various positions in the company ABBYY, where he was engaged in business development and promotion of new products to the markets of eastern and central Europe.

Dr. Sameh Yamany is the CTO of Viavi where he drives technology innovation and execution. He is the former CEO and President of Trendium, a wireless monitoring and assurance company. Dr. Yamany’s industry experience also includes his senior executive role at Tektronix Communications where he set the vision and development of the Iris wireless and wireline monitoring and troubleshooting suite of applications.

Dr. Yamany worked as an assistant professor at Old Dominion University in Virginia and has a PhD in computer science from University of Louisville. He has authored several patents, and more than 50 journals, conference publications, and book chapters in artificial intelligence, telecommunications and systems engineering.

Eduard Pughin is one of Maguay’s founders, back in 1992 and he is now acting as Operations / Executive Manager of the Company. He graduated Polytechnic University of Bucharest with major in Electronics and Competitive Management and also CODECS Open University.
Maguay is one of the leading Romanian system builder of computer systems: servers, storage, notebooks, PCs, marketed under its own brand, integrator of complex IT projects and software developer.

Cosmin is a senior Air Traffic Controller and trainer with ROMATSA (Romanian Air Navigation Service Provider) for the last 18 years. Among his passions, software development takes most of his time. He is self taught in software programming.
In early 2000, during his education with the Aviation Academy, he identified the need for a  training infrastructure as being mandatory for effective ATC training. Using his passion and paper based curricula, he developed the first RADAR and 3D Tower simulator in Romania. Today, all ROMATSA training is performed on his simulators, that are being developed by his company Simsoft. He is actively involved, as Chief Technology and Product Officer, in further developing the initial simulator and the new major update of the ATC simulation platform that would change the ATC training by using AR, mobility and AI.
